These terms cover this website and the notes you send through it. The planning of a wedding week is agreed separately, in writing.
The site
This website is published by Lala. It describes how a South Asian wedding is produced in Italy. Nothing on it is a booking. Dates are held only once the €3,000 retainer is paid and you have contracted the venue yourself. The brief does not give a legal name for the publisher.
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms it, or present its words or photographs as your own.
An enquiry is not a booking
Sending the letter asks for a conversation. It does not reserve a date, instruct a venue, or appoint Lala. The corner button opens a WhatsApp chat with Sara. You can also write directly to hello@lala-weddings.com.
A week begins only when both sides have agreed the scope, the fee, and the date in writing. Until then, dates, rooms, and suppliers can still be taken by someone else.
The work
Lala plans the week: the rite, the family, the papers, the table, the rooms, and the decoration when you ask for it. Venues, registrars, kitchens, and other suppliers are engaged for that week. Their own terms apply to what they provide.
Decoration packages describe what can be brought. They are not a checkout. What is used for a particular week is written into that week’s agreement.
Photographs
The photographs and films are from weddings Lala has planned. They stay the property of the families and the photographers. They are shown here with permission. You may not copy them, or use them to advertise anyone else’s work.
Liability
The site is offered as a description of the house. We take care with it, and we do not promise that every page will be available, complete, or free of error at every moment.
A wedding week is governed by the written agreement for that week, not by these terms. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. The terms you are reading now apply to your use of the site today. A week already agreed in writing keeps the terms of that agreement.
