How early should we start planning?

Plan to begin at least 9 to 12 months in advance to secure your ideal venues and premier vendors. If family and friends are traveling internationally, remember to build extra buffer time for embassy appointments and visa processing.

Running behind schedule? Don’t worry. Book a complimentary consultation, and let’s evaluate your timeline to bring your vision to life seamlessly.

What is your planning process?

We start with an in-depth discovery call to align on your vision, key priorities, and investment. Backed by those insights, we build a tailored strategy and navigate each milestone alongside you—streamlining vendor selection, refining details, and providing flawless on-site coordination through your entire wedding experience.

We are available at any time through email or whatsapp.

Can you help us choose the venue?

Venue scouting is foundational to your celebration. We curate and secure locations that perfectly balance your aesthetic vision with essential logistics—whether you are planning an intimate gathering or an expansive, multi-day celebration for hundreds of guests. We evaluate every detail, from capacity and event flow to guest accessibility.

Planning from abroad? If you cannot visit in person, we conduct live, guided virtual walkthroughs and detailed video tours so you can make decisions with complete clarity and confidence.

Can we get legally married in Italy, and do you arrange religious or symbolic ceremonies?

Yes, absolutely. We tailor your ceremony to whatever holds the deepest meaning for you and your families, whether legal, religious, or symbolic:

Civil & Legal Registration: Navigating Italian bureaucracy can feel overwhelming, but you won't have to do it alone. We provide a clear, step-by-step action plan and connect you with local authorities and consular resources and ensure your marriage is legally binding.

Religious Ceremonies: We work with a trusted network of multi-faith officiants to lead authentic rites honoring your traditions—including Imams for an Islamic Nikah, Hindu Pandits, Sikh Granthis for an Anand Karaj, and Catholic or Christian priests.

Symbolic Ceremonies: If you prefer a personalized celebration without legal constraints, we provide experienced, multilingual celebrants who craft bespoke ceremonies reflecting your personal love story and blend of cultures.

How do guests get visas?

Once you book with us, you receive a comprehensive Destination Travel & Visa Guide tailored for your celebration. It walks guests step by step through visa application procedures from major South Asian countries—including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka—and outlines entry authorization requirements for guests traveling from the UK, the US, and visa-exempt countries (such as ETIAS for entering Europe).

Need hands-on travel support? For an additional fee, we offer an End-to-End Guest Travel Concierge service. We build precise travel schedules, advise on the best flight routes and layovers, arrange seamless airport-to-hotel transfers, and assist with hotel room blocks and bookings so your guests feel completely taken care of from departure to arrival.

What does the €3,000 retainer cover, and is it refundable?

The €3,000 retainer officially reserves your wedding date in our calendar and funds the intensive initial phase of your planning journey. It immediately enables our team to scout, evaluate, and secure your dream venue, as well as curate a tailored shortlist of top-tier vendors specifically aligned with your aesthetic and budget.

Please note that this is not an additional expense: the €3,000 retainer will be fully credited and deducted from our final planning fee (which is calculated at 10% of your overall wedding value).

Because this fee goes directly toward upfront work, custom research, and dedicated site scouting—and commits our team exclusively to your date—the retainer is non-refundable.
